Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes

I am a steak and potato kind of girl. Always have been, always will be. I have a Pinterest Board called "Anything Potatoes" because there are just to many good recipes. I have never seen these scalloped potatoes before or would have posted them by now. Ohhh these look wonderful. I found these on In sock Monkey Slippers. She raves about these and there are lots of great comments on them. 

I love the pictures she has taken and she makes them look so tasty. These would be good by themselves or served as a side. You could even change it up a little bit adding your favorites. Spinach? Bacon? Chicken? Personally, I think they are perfect just the way they are.
