Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

My daughter is visiting this weekend and told me I needed to find a good cookie recipe for the blog so here it is! I wanted to find something that I haven't made before. I came across this recipe on Brown Eyed Baker and found what I had been looking for.

Peanut Butter, Oatmeal AND Chocolate Chips can't go wrong together. They look absolutely wonderful and I really wish I had a plate with warm cookies right out of the oven right about now.

I don't usually crave sugar, I am a butter and salt kind of gal,
but these ingredients together did it for me!

Hope you enjoy the recipe and I would love to hear if you make them.

 Thanks for stopping by!

  1. mmm... looks good! do they turn out soft or crunchy?

  2. I love to eat, cook not so much. But I do love chewy cookies. I may try this sometime (or get someone to try it for me). I'm curious do you ever use Watkins Vanilla?

  3. I want to try these cookies. The 3 best ingredients for a cookie. I don't bake cookies though until Christmas. @ Eva: Talking about vanilla, if you can get someone who lives or goes to Honduras, they have the best vanilla and for a 16oz. bottle you pay $1.50. I live there as a missionary and everyone takes some back with them.

I would love to hear from you! Please leave a comment, It gets lonely in here without them!
