"This meal was the best meal you have made in a long time" was the words my kids said when they tasted this. Kids are so honest. It was a huge hit, super easy to make and fast. It only takes as long as it takes to cook the ground beef. It was delicious! My pickiest eater went back two more times. It is a true miracle when that happens. 

I had to refrain from loading up a second plate. I promise you will not be disappointed. The Crunchy Taco Doritos are a must! If you haven't tried them yet they are perfect for this dish.

The temperatures across the United States has been brutal. I lived in Panama for a year and a half while my husband was in the military. It was the hottest place I have ever been so I can sympathize with those of you who have the heat and the humidity.

This is my little trick that I use when it is really hot out. I used it today at the Farmers Market where I sat for 6 hours and if really helped me cool down. We had a little bit of a breeze which made it that much better.
