Crockpot Parmesan Ranch Mushrooms

Crockpot Parmesan Ranch Mushrooms

These are the easiest and most delicious Mushrooms!  All you have to do is buy fresh Mushrooms, a stick (1/2 cup) of butter, a package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and some Parmesan Cheese. That is it! You let them cook in the Crock Pot for 4 hours on low and you have a delicious side dish or a great topping for steak. Oh, these would be so good on steak. The flavor is outstanding. You could also add other vegetables if you wanted to but I love it just the way it is.

Melt the butter in a bowl and add the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Package. Mix well and pour over Mushrooms in the Crockpot. Sprinkle with about two teaspoons of Parmesan Cheese or more to your liking.

So tasty. Enjoy.

Thanks for stopping by!

    1. This recipe uses dry ranch dressing mix. A package has 1 ounce of the powder.

    1. We usually saute our mushrooms in butter to put on steak, so you could make it in a pan. It looks like it would be better if they have a chance to soak in the butter and ranch deliciousness though, but you can get a pretty good approximation sauteing with the butter and ranch mix.

  16. The picture shows two containers of mushrooms and I know that with a whole stick of butter and a package of ranch dressing (VERY flavorful), I will be trying with a healthy lot of 'shrooms. Can't wait... mushrooms and artichokes are my favorites! Not too many beautiful artichokes out here in the Midwest :( I'm originally from CA and spoiled...

  19. I tried this today and it is delicious!! Instead of waiting 4 hours for the crockpot, I stuck them in a saucepan and cooked them with the ingredients for about 20 minutes on medium/medium-low heat. Voila! So yummy! We don't like parmesan, so we just left it out and still so very yummy!

  21. Could you add chicken breasts to this and make it a meal? Wonder if there would be enough liquid, maybe add some chicken broth or would it ruin the flavor?
